Strategon founder and Chief Thinking Officer (CTO), Lizwe Nkala, is a corporate veteran with a stellar management career that traversed industries like FMCG manufacturing and marketing, advertising and communications, financial services, education, retail as well as petroleum and energy sectors.
In nearly two decades of corporate advisory work, Lizwe has partnered executive leaders and boards in strategy ideation and formulating solutions to value creation challenges. Leading Strategon Advisory marque projects, Lizwe single-mindedly applies thought provoking top-team enquiry to get to the core institutional and business issues they face.
A process-intensive approach involving client operational teams co-creates the possible pathways to the future, enabling client ownership of the ensuing business change agenda.

Greek term ‘strategos’, meaning ‘general’ is the origins of the term ‘strategy’ and its military connotations.

Both advisory and coaching offerings can be delivered through conventional face-to-face channels or virtually using our world-class, custom-designed and cloud-based digital platform. We configure a new project team environment on the digital platform within a day of commencing a corporate assignment. Similarly, executives on our coaching program can instantly kick-off their individual or group coaching from any geographical location in the world.
